Many are listed on the NZX and almost all unlisted securities (excluding debentures) are tradable in the markets. Fixed interest investments offer stable and regular income and are therefore an important component of most portfolios.
We provide research and recommendations on individual securities as well as model portfolios in order to assist our clients with the management of their own investments. We aim to build a laddered portfolio (maturity dates spread out to reduce reinvestment risk) designed to achieve the maximum returns for the desired level of risk. Our clients include individuals, companies, trusts, charities and others, all with different financial goals but looking for objective advice in the management of their fixed interest investments.
